Take your beloved four-legged friend to this spacious seaside home, perfect for a family or group of friends looking for a restful seaside holiday. The property is situated less than 300 metres from the heart of the seaside resort of Cromer. Stroll half a mile through the town and let your pup lead the way along the 150-metre-long Victorian Pier. For walkers, the Norfolk Coast Path offers splendid views along the coast and out to sea or discover a section of the Weaver’s Way spanning 61 miles between Cromer and Great Yarmouth.

This attractive former 19th-century coach house and stables is set over two storeys and has a bright and welcoming feel from the moment you enter. Your pup will race you to the beamed, open-plan lounge, where comfortable seating is gathered around a wood burner effect electric heater, and a dining area is at one end. The kitchen has everything you need to make meal preparation a breeze. There is also a downstairs bathroom. All three bedrooms are on the first floor and have subtle nods to your seaside surroundings. There’s a double with a smart TV and en-suite shower and two twins, one of which has a TV. Outside is a courtyard with a dining table and chairs, making it a perfect spot for dining alfresco.

Nearby, Felbrigg Hall (3.5 miles) has plenty of waymarked trails where your hound can lead you on adventures, including shady spots for hot, sunny days. For something a little different, hop aboard The Poppy Line. This scenic heritage railway runs through the beautiful countryside from Sheringham (6.5 miles) to Holt, where you can follow the Owl Trail around this Georgian market town. West Runton Beach (3.5 miles) only has a small section subject to restrictions for your canine companion. Otherwise, this hidden gem offers sandy shores and plenty of rockpools to explore.

Nice clean cottage with everything we needed, beds were comfortable.taking a shower was not a nice experience as the water went from warm to cold every few seconds. Its a good location only a few minutes walk to the beach

A clean and very well equipped cottage located near the centre of Cromer. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, or the shops, or the pubs. The narrow access lane means cautious entry, but the large gravel area makes easy parking. We 4 pensioners had a lovely week in June. Recommended.
