Unwind at this neat, two-bedroom property in the charming village of Langham. Surrounded by coastline and countryside, this home is perfectly placed for a small family plus two hounds wanting a comfortable stay with long walks in nature and easy access to farm shops and a dog-friendly, local pub.

Step into a cosy retreat where rustic charm meets homely comfort. Light tones and natural finishes create a warm and inviting ambiance throughout the ground floor of this converted barn. After a day of adventures, stoke the wood burner in the lounge and relax on the sofa with the family while Fido curls up at your feet. In warmer weather, slide open the patio doors and let your pup explore the fully fenced garden. A neat kitchen lies off from the lounge and is perfectly equipped for rustling up delicious family meals – best enjoyed at the dining table with seating for four people. Alternatively, soak up those views while dining in the conservatory. When it’s time for bed, both bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor so Fido can sleep soundly knowing you are nearby. Choose between a serene king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room or a versatile zip-and-link twin room, served by the family bathroom. If you need a quiet moment, there’s also an airy snug room on the first floor. Outside, let the kids play fetch with Fido on the lawn while you bask in the sun at the patio table.

Langham is a small village ideally placed for those seeking tranquillity. Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, enjoy morning walks with Fido along the narrow streets or head to the coastal village of Blakeney (2 miles). Fido can also frolic in the water at neighbouring Cley Beach, or for a longer walk in nature hop on the Norfolk Coast Path.

Excellent stay at the Grove Barn - Cottage itself was in great condition, laid out well and ideal for 4 adults and a Cocker Spaniel. Blakeney is a great local resource with free parking at the Village Hall and plenty of food and drink options that are dog friendly. The Manor Hotel does a great Sunday Lunch. Would highly recommend the entire area foRead morer visits and lots to do. One of the best stays we have had in a dog friendly cottage across the UK. Hide

Quiet, stylishly furnished and well located for Blakeney which is only 2 miles away. Well equipped with thoughtful touches and a very generous welcome basket. The bed was really comfortable and the garden safe for dogs. The car has to be be parked some way from the house which is a disadvantage when unloading . A lovely place for a Norfolk break.

The property went beyond our expectations, Great location for exploring the North Norfolk coast. Grove Barn was quietly situated with no traffic noise but within walking distance to the local pub, which unfortunately is now only open on certain days. The property itself was exceptionally clean and warm. Beds were comfortable. Excellent hot powerfulRead more showers. I had difficulty in connecting to the Wifi at first but once my iPhone found the connection I could connect my other devices easily. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen and the conservatory was a great place to relax. The garden was well tended and a very safe place for our doodle Finn to run around in. Plenty of lovely walks around the village direct from the barn. Also Neighbours were helpful with suggestions on the best places to visit. I would definitely book again. Hide

Well equipped and tastefully decorated. Really nice garden which is actually dog proof (wall and high fence). Good location close Blakney, Cley and Wells etc. Comfy large bed. Unfortunately our short stay was spoiled by a problem with sewage smell from en suite which meant it and the double bedroom was unusable. Maintenance came out promptly but diRead mored not resolve the problem. Microwave was dangerous (rust and interior damage) but hopefully removed or replaced now. Hide

The TV signal broke down 3pm Weds 3rd Sept making it unwatchable. Phoned you repeatedly Wednesday & THurs. Left a message with my details. Also filled in an online form. NO ONE from your company has responeded which is NOT acceptable! The property cost over 1000 for the week. To not respond to a problem is appaling.

Really enjoyed our stay at Grove Barn which is in a great location for exploring the North Norfolk cost. It had everything we needed and the enclosed garden was perfect for our dog. A very quiet, peaceful place and we had a great meal at the Langham Blue Bell which is a short walk away. We would definitely like to return one day.

Lovely cottage in a quiet location, although the pub round the corner is great. Excellent secure garden for dogs, with a really good bridleway for walking just a short walk away. Couldn't fault the property, but people should be aware that any taxis for evenings out will be expensive due to the location.
