Get ready for an adventure by the coast with your four-pawed pal on a stay at this beautiful holiday home - ideal for couples and small families. Half a mile away are the gorgeous sands of Croyde which welcomes pups all year around and has plenty to offer from surfing lessons to wonderful walkies beside the sea.

The main social space in the property is the open-plan living room/kitchen/diner offering a place to gather together, be it to watch a film sprawled out on the sofa, or to eat homecooked meals on the dining table for four. Throughout the room there are nods to the seaside location with blue hues in the furnishings and coastal artwork on the walls. Bedroom one is a master double which has been tastefully decorated and furnished with a handy cupboard to maximise the space. Next door is a chic twin bedroom in a similar style which is suitable for both adults and children. The family bathroom and utility rooms complete the property. Outside the fully enclosed lawned garden offers a place for your pup to stretch their legs.

The North Devon coast is a wonderful option for a Fido-friendly holiday with the beaches of Saunton (2 miles), Croyde (less than 1 mile) and Woolacombe (3 miles) all welcoming pups to play. Take a walk along the South West Coast Path, stroll atop the cliffs and soak in the far-reaching views, or meander along the Tarka Trail for a gentler option where there will be plenty of sticks to fetch en-route. The village of Croyde itself has a small selection of local eateries where you’ll find great pub grub, fine dining and fantastic pasties and ice creams to appease any appetite.

We loved staying at sandyholme. It was spotlessly clean and modern. The location was perfect. We would definitely book to stay in sandyholme again.

The house was lovely and clean and provided everything we needed for a relaxing beach holiday. The beds were super comfy and the house is modern and cosy. It's a short walk to the beach and village shops and restaurants.
