A stay in this stylish bungalow with many charming original features will provide a holiday to remember for a family of four or some friends looking to explore the Sussex coast. This single-level property opens up into a quaint porch, accessed via a gravelled path through the pretty front garden. Once inside you’ll find the welcoming living room which is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and a flame-effect electric fire set into a gorgeous, exposed brick fireplace for a relaxing evening at home. Next door is the chic kitchen/diner, with curved cabinets in neutral shades and a dining table to sit four next to the bright patio doors where Fido can head out and play. There is a handy utility room with a washing machine and fridge/freezer offering additional storage that leads through to the bathroom with accents of green throughout and a three-quarter-length bathtub. The first of the bedrooms is a king-size with dark wood beams along the walls, a sofa bed and a wardrobe for clothes storage creating a calming space for a good night’s sleep. Bedroom two also has a king-size bed and is a cosy room with a small, characterful window and a vaulted ceiling. To the rear of the property is a lawned garden with a gravel patio where your dog can stretch their legs whilst you enjoy a drink in the sunshine or by the warmth of the fire pit.

For days out with the dog there are plenty of options within a few miles, starting with Rye Nature Reserve (6 miles). Here, you can enjoy a tranquil walking route with your four-pawed pal by your side boasting beautiful sights along the coastal landscape. Rye town has a selection of great eateries welcoming pups, as well as several historic attractions to visit where you can learn of the past and explore the interesting architecture. The beach of Camber Sands (8 miles) is well regarded and offers a fun day out for all the family with a mile-long section of the beach remaining dog friendly all year round.

Ideal for a short break. Pub next door so no need for major cooking. Comfortable sofas and beds, warm and cosy. 2 minutes from Rye for any shopping or takeaways can be delivered. Lots to see and do in the area.

A quaint period cottage ideal for people wanting to relax and, at the same time, enjoy the beautiful and historic town of Rye and a host of other easy to reach rural attractions. A quiet secluded back garden, And only yards from what we soon discovered as the cleanest and friendliest pub in that area.

I would be more likely to recommend Original Cottages if there were cottage reviews on your website. Having owned a holiday let property myself, I know how useful these can be for potential guests.
