The ground floor also features a lovely additional lounge so there’s plenty of space for everyone to unwind, plus two relaxing bedrooms – one king-size and a double – and a beautiful bathroom with a double-ended roll-top bath with clawed feet. Stairs lead up to the spacious first-floor bedroom which runs the length of the house. This spacious room has two single beds, plenty of seating and a glass door opening out onto a wooden balcony with views over the surrounding fields. Outside, the furnished terrace provides a lovely space for dining alfresco. A few steps lead up to the garden, which is mostly enclosed by trees and shrubbery, with a large grassy space for your furry friends to run around.
The cottage is just over a mile from the pretty village of Helford, a lovely spot for enjoying walks along the Helford River. Dogs are welcome at plenty of local attractions including Flambards Theme Park (9 miles), Trebah Garden (13 miles), the beach at Porthallow (3 miles) and at the Cornish Seal Sanctuary (7.5 miles).
