Comfortable apartment well situated to explore the local area. All beds comfy and kitchen well equipped. The road outside is fairly busy but went quiet at night. Evening stroll to Fairy Glen is recommended. Betsw-y-coed has a range of shops/cafes etc and is less than 10 minute drive away.

Its a beautiful property and the gardens and trees are delightful but the property is not enclosed so the dogs had to be held at all times. We would have liked a bit more privacy as random people were parking for the Fairy Glen itself and then wandering in front where the bedrooms are and a few seemed to think it was a hotel. I cant stress enough tRead morehough just how nice the place is and we were very comfortable throughout, particularly as we had a heatwave whilst we were there. Hide

Lovely apartment, v comfy, clean, spacious, really nicely located - not in the village but right by the main river and fairy glen - what a place to go swimming where the rivers meet.

Location was excellent- a great base for exploring Snowdonia and the area. Very comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms. The Fairy Glen being right at the doorstep was a lovely bonus. Road at the front was a little busy at high season for sitting at the outside table area.

A lovely property in a fantastic location with a large garden and many walks right on the doorstep. Very nicely decorated with thoughtful touches, comfortable beds and fluffy towels, two large tables for board games, ample crockery etc in the kitchen. A few maintenance issues such as no working outdoor lights and the extractor fan not working in thRead moree ensuite. Mentioning this because its probably best not to use the ensuite until its fixed - the bedroom started to smell pretty damp and musty after a couple days. As a group of 4 it wasnt the end of the world, we just moved to the other room and used the other bathrooms, but might be problematic for a larger group. Only other potential issue would be for light sleepers - you can hear people walking in the apartment above, and there is a fair amount of traffic noise going past which the windows did very little to block in the front bedrooms. For us though this was not much of an issue. The property was perfect for what we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Hide

A nice comfortable stay which would be ideal for a family. The house is next to a fairly busy road, so you would need to keep an eye on any children or dogs. There are nice comfortable beds with one en-suite double and another two WC's opening off the kitchen. If you like cooking, there is plenty of space in the kitchen with a sitting room with telRead morely nest to it. Also a nice big sloping landscaped garden behind the house. Nice helpful owners too, Myles was always available if we needed any info. Thanks. Hide

Spacious flat located handily just a mile walk from Betws-y-Coed. Bedrooms were a great size with one bathroom per room (although two of these are located off the kitchen). Cosy lounge. Easy parking. Nice to have the shared outdoor space although it is by a road and doesn't really get the sun. Good base for exploring the area.

Had a really nice stay in this apartment - 2 adults and 3 kids including a baby. Plenty of space, nicely furnished and turned out to be fairly baby-friendly for a crawling 11m old. Location was great - handy for lots of days out across the region and quick to get into Betws. Whilst on the main road, it wasnt noisy at all and at night was really quiRead moreet. Hide
