Pack your bags and head to the south-west of Wales to a bright and comfortable bungalow near the sea with a spacious enclosed garden for Fido to enjoy. During your stay, you’ll be within easy reach of the centre of the village of Saundersfoot with an array of eateries while also being surrounded by the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park where you can discover idyllic coves, scenic cliff-top walks and wildlife hot spots.
Step inside this property and find yourself in the open-plan lounge/diner with a large corner sofa, a wood burner, exposed stone and wooden feature wall as well as a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is light and well organised with a breakfast bar and plenty of space for cooking a special meal for your group of friends or family. Run yourself a bubble bath in the family bathroom if you need some ‘me’ time. There are five bedrooms for you and your guests – one double with an en-suite shower room in the garden annexe, plus two doubles, a twin and a single in the main bungalow.
Wander to the hub of the village (1 mile) to find a delightful range of canine-welcoming pubs serving freshly caught seafood, and the beach which allows dogs between October and April. If you’re visiting during summer, head to Coppet Hall Beach (1.5 miles) with Fido as this allows dogs all year round. If you’ve brought your hiking boots with you, head along the coast path to Monkstone Beach (1.5 miles). Head further south to sniff out the castle and fascinating history in the harbour town of Tenby.
