Occupying a peaceful spot on Pwllheli’s outer harbour, this beautifully appointed holiday cottage is perfect for romantic getaways or solo escapes with your beloved hound by your side. Laid out over two floors with plenty of outside space and glorious views over the harbour and out to the sand dunes behind, this offers a tranquil base with easy access to Pwllheli and the beautiful Llyn Peninsula.

This bright and airy property has a welcoming vibe as soon as you step inside, with warm colours and contemporary decor. Prepare delicious dinners in the spacious kitchen area (don’t forget some treats for your pup), - savour romantic suppers at the dining table, and relax in the twin armchairs with your canine companion curled up in their bed beside you. Snuggle up together in the cosy first-floor lounge or watch the boats going in and out of the harbour from the balcony while Fido snoozes downstairs in their bed. A king-size bed promises a peaceful night’s sleep, while the attractive shower room is the perfect place to freshen up. A handy dressing room/study offers a great spot to do some work while looking over the sand dunes. Enjoy a morning cuppa or evening drink in the enclosed courtyard garden listening to the calming hush of the sea, while your dog stretches out in the sun.

From your harbourside retreat, it’s less than a mile into Pwllheli’s vibrant town centre. Known as the ‘unofficial capital of the Llyn Peninsula’, there’s loads to do here from shops, art galleries and eateries to the largest outdoor market in Wales. There are two beaches in town, some of which have dog restrictions during the summer, but there’s always somewhere exciting for your pup to have a ball. You can pick up the Wales Coast Path from town and set out to explore the Llyn Peninsula Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Marina cottages in Pwllheli is a perfectly positioned base for seeing the sights and sounds of the Lyn peninsula. The cottage looks out onto the harbour from the 1st floor balcony, great to watch boats coming in and going out. From the bedroom window you see the sand dunes and the bay and long stretch of sand and pebbles, and the little courtyard aRead moret the back is ideal to relax and soak up the sun. Very quiet and peaceful and sun from mid morning throughout the day. The cottage was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Very comfy bed. The pub was just across the car park and had a pop up restaurant with great Thai/Malaysian food but just at the weekend. Great staff at the pub that gave lots of info of the surrounding area. Highly recommend this cottage to anyone wanting to relax and enjoy the area with a lovely outlook from each window. Thank you for having us. Hide

Even though we did enjoy our holiday, it should be emphasised in your literature that there is only downstairs toilet as as we are in our 70s we did not appreciate going downstairs to the toilet in the middle of the night with a handrail that did not reach the bottom of the stairs and nowhere are you told you overlook a car park to the pub which iRead mores metres away Hide

We was greated with a welcome pack of biscuits, chocolates and a bottle of prosecco which is a nice touch.. We stayed here for a long weekend break, The property its self is nice and fairly well equipped, its in a good location for using as a base to explore the lyn peninsula..there is also a very handy bar on site too... There is also bags ofRead more car parking spaces.... We had a really nice and enjoyable little break... Sadly the marina picture view shown in the cottage advert is not was you actually see tho, the view you have from the balcony is a little industrail, as in looking across at a boat yard and workshops.... Also to get to the propeerty you have to go through a run down looking council estate.. Hide

We've just had a magical weekend at this lovely property. When we entered it was toasty warm and smelled gorgeous. As well as being perfectly situated and fully equipped, it has everything you need for a relaxing break, from bracing beach walks, to local eateries, or you can sit in the upstairs lounge, read a book and just gaze at the stunning viewRead mores like I did! There are games and books dotted about, also the artwork was fascinating and a good conversation starter. The rear patio was cozy and had comfy furniture to sit and have a morning cuppa whilst the sun comes up .Location was superb, we dined at 'The View' where the food was top notch, and the staff and clientele were really welcoming and friendly. We also went to Cafe Largo for breakfast, which is only a short walk along the sand dunes. The owners left a comprehensive guide to local activities and restaurants, which we found useful. We would 100% recommend this property, and will definitely be staying again. It's worth noting that we enquired about this booking with only two days notice, and the owners were gracious enough to accept us , even with such short notice. Don't hesitate to book! Hide
