A very well appointed and considered accommodation. It made our stay very restorative as nothing caused issue or distraction from our needs on this particular trip. When we needed advice on the TV the information was given with pleasure. We even had a follow-up contact to make sure all was resolved. We were constantly surprised by the little toucheRead mores added. For example, the well equip kitchen and instructions. We made good use of everything. The cosy lounge with excellent views was a little sanctuary for us too. We cant recommend it highly enough. It was a last minute thing that will give us and others many more happy memories, God willing. Thank you! Hide

Lovely cottage, quality towels and bedding. The view from the upstairs lounge is just great. Comfy bed and the owners have tried to think of everything you need from a home from home. Askrigg was great, good food in welcoming pubs, numerous walks from the door plus the added bonus of parking. Whats not to like. Highly recommend Laneside cottage.

Comfortable, conveniently situated cottage in a good location. I was almost put off booking by the final demand for 25/250 damage waiver. In many years of booking cottages I have never come across this before. Very offputting!
