For the colder months of the year, switch on the electric fire and get comfy with your canine by your side in the social space. Completing the ground floor is a tasteful single bedroom boasting exposed beams, as well as a downstairs bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub, perfect for a long, relaxing soak at the end of the day. Upstairs is the cosy living room furnished with pastel tones with a lovely sofa and footstool, as well as a cuddle chair. There is a TV for entertainment and magnificent views out of the window from the lounge making for a great social space. A further single bedroom lies on the first floor alongside a traditionally styled double bedroom with a wash basin. In addition, there is a conveniently located WC to serve the bedrooms upstairs. Located in the village of Askrigg, there are a number of places in the locality worth exploring, from Hawes (6 miles) for its fine foods and Wensleydale cheese to Leyburn Shawl where your dog can lead the way to a number of awe-inspiring views. Aysgarth Falls is a must-see whilst staying in the area for its dramatic triple-flight waterfall – stop off in the visitor centre tearoom to refuel before taking one of the many trails.
