Have a ball in this light, refreshing apartment. Situated in the coastal town of Seahouses, Northumberland, this property is a great spot for a small family and their four-legged best friend. You’ll be right on the coast, surrounded by history and wildlife, for a fun, active and enriching trip with inquisitive children and a cheerful pup.

This property has two bedrooms: one twin bedroom and one double bedroom, both delightfully light and airy with chic, minimalist decor that continues throughout the flat. Lead the way through to a social space with areas to cook up a storm, eat with everyone and then relax and watch a film while Fido naps at your feet. There’s also a nice bathroom with a generous bath, perfect for soaking in hot water after you’ve paddled in the sea. While there is no garden or outside space with this property, the coast is a mere tail wag away for getting sandy paws and salty fur.

There are lots of outdoorsy things to do around Seahouses! Set Fido racing after a sandy ball on Seahouses Beach, which accepts dogs all year with no restrictions. Then head into the main street for dog-friendly places to eat, or grab fish and chips and head back to the beach. There’s lots of interesting history in Seahouses, or head over to Bamburgh (3.5 miles) for Bamburgh Castle. Finally, sniff out adventure in Northumberland National Park, only 21.5 miles away, where there are options for horse riding, fishing and beautiful woodland walks. Finish your holiday with a day out to the unforgettable Holy Island, 17 miles away.

Ideal location, well equipped apartment, beds very comfy & enjoyed a sound nights sleep. Sofas were not the most comfortable, but then I suffer from a bad back. All in all we would visit again.

Our accommodation was perfectly positioned within the town and the bonus of a parking permit that could be used countywide was most useful.

We had a lovely week in Longstone and found it very central. This apartment suited us very well as a family. It was very clean and comfortable.
