In the kitchen, hues of purple can be seen throughout, with a modern island in the centre of the room and ample space to prepare meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At bedtime, take your pick between the quirky king-size room with a feature wood-texture wall, or the cosy twin with built-in bedrooms which is well suited to children. Completing the property is the neutral family bathroom which features both a shower and a bath. From the living room/diner is a door out to the courtyard which has been thoughtfully decorated to create a cosy area to relax outside with a comfortable corner sofa, fairy lights and more.
Braunton Burrows (2 miles) is a popular option for dog-walkers with plenty of places to sniff, splash and run just outside the main village. Set off on an adventure with your doggy on the Tarka Trail, less than a mile from your doorstep and you can wander along the coast into the market town of Barnstaple (5 miles), or towards the seaside resort of Ilfracombe (8 miles) on a picturesque pathway. A number of fantastic dog-friendly beaches are dotted along the North Devon coastline for a day out, with Saunton (3 miles), Croyde (5 miles) and Woolacombe (7 miles) all welcoming pups to explore the sand.
