Offering ample space for up to 13 human and three canine guests, this charming pair of bright and spacious holiday homes make a fabulous getaway in the heart of the seaside town of Aldeburgh. Ideal for larger families marking a celebration, or for groups of friends enjoying a reunion, these delightful properties feature seven bedrooms and four bathrooms, and are perfect for walkers, nature lovers and cyclists exploring a stunning part of the Suffolk countryside.

The larger property accommodates eight guests and two dogs, and features a stylish open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which makes an ideal space for everyone to get together to relax or celebrate in style. The ground floor also features an elegant family bathroom and three delightful bedrooms: a twin, a bunk bedroom for younger guests, and a double room with an additional external door. Upstairs, there’s a cosy king-size bedroom with a refreshing en-suite shower room.

The smaller property has space for three guests and a pet dog, and offers a sweet open-plan lounge/kitchen with a central breakfast bar and plenty of space to settle back to relax in the evenings. Meals can be served in the stylish dining room. Upstairs, there are three lovely first-floor bedrooms: a single and two doubles, one with an en-suite shower room. There’s also a family bathroom. Outside, each property has a cheerful courtyard garden with raised flower beds and outdoor furniture, providing ample space for you all to sit out and enjoy a meal as your four-legged pals bask in the afternoon sun.

The thriving town of Aldeburgh has plenty of pet-welcoming places to eat and drink, with a beach where dogs are permitted from October to April. Dogs are welcome throughout the year on the beaches at Thorpeness and Dunwich, both within 12 miles.

Beautiful and comfortable accommodation. Plenty of bathrooms and kitchens well appointed. The location is ideal. Parking a challenge and really only space for two vehicles. Plenty of parking on neighbouring roads.

Comfortable property ideally situated and ideal for larger groups- we found it to be perfect across the two properties in allowing time together for all 11 of us but also providing space to be apart from each other when required.

The property is first class. It was clean and well fitted out with equipment. I would not hesitate to return sometime.
