This superbly-located, end-terrace property puts all the delights of Fowey right on your doorstep. Ideal for a group get-together alongside one or two faithful friends, explore the wonderful coastal scenery of southern Cornwall and return home to a stunning contemporary living space with far-reaching river views.

Access property via an external flight of 15 steps

Set across three levels, the house has plenty of space for a family or group of friends to enjoy sociable meals in the ground-floor kitchen/dining room that comes complete with everything you need to make mealtimes a breeze. The first of the four bedrooms can also be found on the ground floor, with the other three located on the first floor. Finished in welcoming soft tones and with unique original features alongside plush inviting beds, a good night''s sleep will be had by all in these calm spaces. One of the bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom, and there is a family bathroom too, so there is no need to wait to soak tired legs after a day of adventure. The entirety of the second floor is given over to a fantastic open-plan living space which offers spectacular river views seen through several Velux windows which allow natural light to flood in. Relax on the comfortable sofa seating or recline on one of the armchairs strategically placed next to the window to make the most of the lovely views. Outside is a small, enclosed courtyard garden for Fido to explore, which is the perfect spot for a BBQ on a warm summer evening.

Full of multicoloured cottages perched on the hillsides leading down to the sea, the little fishing town of Fowey has lots to offer. The town’s pretty streets are lined with cafes, gift shops, restaurants and pubs, in many of which a water bowl or doggie treat will be awaiting Rover’s arrival. Take a stroll of 1 mile through the town to beautiful Readymoney Cove for golden sands and safe swimming, but be aware there is a seasonal dog restriction at Readymoney Cove in July and August between 10am and 6pm. Alternatively, take the foot ferry to Polruan and strike out along the South West Coast Path for 2 miles to Lantic Bay, whose sweeping sands are open to four-legged friends year-round, with no seasonal restrictions. Fowey lies within one of the many Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Cornwall, and with its tidal creeks, rolling fields and rugged cliffs to explore, you and your canine companion will want to return again and again.

A very well appointed cottage in an excellent location in quaint village of Fowey. The Caffa Mill car park is close by for transporting luggage as the property is on a narrow one way street.

Just returned from a fabulous break at North End. The house is lovely, well appointed and well equipped. Beds were comfy and fabulous lounge at the top. We travelled with 2 teenage boys and my parents in their 70's with slight mobility issues and they managed the stairs fine. There is a little harbour noise from the Bodinnick Ferry in a morning butRead more it didn't really upset life. Its quite nice listening to the comings and goings of Fowey. Its a fab position, the boys are avid fishermen and its an ideal position for the slipway just outside the property and not far from other good fishing spots. In the town. Parking isn't too bad if you can't get in Caffa Mill you can get in the Just Parks up the way. The only thing is it isn't council run so if you buy a weeks pass you can't use it in both. Lovely walks from the area too, Hall walk is beautiful, about 3.5 miles and a great round trip ending at Polruan. Lankelly loop lovely again about 2.5 miles start at Ready Money and visIt a couple of lovely coves. Also recommend walking to Golant again about 2.5 miles fab pub at Golant. All in all fab accomodation and location highly recommend! See you soon Fowey! Hide

Great location close enough to everything but away from the hustle and bustle. The room at the top is a real asset with great views and a lovely chill out space. Would work best for four adults with children rather than three couples in our opinion. Would stay again.
