This inviting cottage has been considerately updated and decorated with an elegant, restful scheme which extends through the whole house. Enjoy cosy evenings in the lounge with the open fire crackling away whilst you relax on the large, sumptuous sofas. Gather together in the kitchen/diner, definitely the heart of this gorgeous home-from-home with its farmhouse style kitchen and table, original Rayburn, snuggler armchair and plenty of floor space to let sleeping dogs lie. On the ground floor you’ll also find the lovely shower room and WC, then head upstairs to discover the three bedrooms – two king-sized rooms and a bunk room. Outside offers a lovely, enclosed courtyard with a picnic table – perfect for al fresco dining.
Docking is a popular village with plenty of amenities to suit everyone''s needs; the village duck pond is one draw as is the large play park, both of which are great for visiting families to enjoy. The village also boasts a fantastic dog-friendly pub, fish and chip shop, small store and a weekly market. For walkies, you can’t go wrong with the location as the coast is vast and easy to reach with Old Hunstanton and its stretch of soft dunes, 7 miles away, and the ancient port town of Wells-next-the-Sea, 11.5 miles away.
