A chic, single-storey property located close to pretty Carbis Bay Beach is perfect for two canine companions and their family or friends looking for a peaceful holiday. An ideal location to discover the beaches, attractions, and dramatic coastline of this part of Cornwall. Carbis Bay Beach is less than 500 metres away, although you will need to walk your hounds on the beach before 10am and after 6pm between 15 May – 30 September when seasonal dog restrictions apply. For a day at a beach with no seasonal restrictions, head 1.5 miles along the coast path to Porthkidney Beach, where your pups can go mutts on the beach, in the sea and among the dunes.
This stylish contemporary home is bright and beautifully appointed with bold, vibrant colours creating a real home-from-home feel. The spacious living area benefits from bi-fold doors, which open out to reveal gorgeous views of the Cornish coast. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the lounge area where you and your hounds can snuggle up and relax. On cooler evenings, light the wood burner and cosy up while watching the Smart TV. The kitchen has all you need to prepare delicious meals, which you can share together at the dining table. There are three bedrooms: a king-size with bay windows, a twin room, and a king-size with sea views. There are two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. Outside is an enclosed garden with garden furniture and a BBQ, perfect for socialising and enjoying warm evenings.
Be sure to spend a day at St Ives (2 miles) and wander the cobbled streets and enjoy the shops, galleries and restaurants or take a boat trip and enjoy seal-watching towards Seal Island or Godrevy Lighthouse. Further afield at Tehidy Woods (15 miles), let your pups sniff out adventures and spot the squirrels on this circular woodland walk. And for art lovers, Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens (7 miles), is situated in a lovely setting with views towards St Michaels Mount. The gardens will set tails wagging as your hounds explore the sculptures with you.
