We loved staying in this cottage. It had everything we needed during our trip and the beds were very comfy. Very good location near the high street and very quiet, apart from the church bells every now and again but this was a welcome sound to hear. I highly recommend a staying at Wyvern cottage if visiting the area ad would definitely stay again.

Overall, the cottage is comfortable to stay ingood facilities, comfy bed and sheets. Parking is not very easy since you need to park on a different street and walk. Finding a parking space can be a challenge, but we managed to find one during our stay. You might find yourself needing to circle a couple of times to find one.

We had a really good week in this nicely decorated cottage. The cottage is in a very good location just a short walk (up/down the hill) from the high street and just seconds from the handy Spar. Although there is no dedicated parking space, we had no problems parking nearby. We were a family of four and had enough space, although having six in the Read morekitchen would be a squeeze. The family bathroom is nicely done, but very narrow and a tight fit if you're a taller or bigger person. But plenty of hot water, decent shower pressure and the addition of the shower and sink in one bedroom is v useful. The sitting room is spacious with ample seating to spread out. Bedrooms are all nice sizes and as mentioned elsewhere the stairs are steep, which is not unusual in a cottage of this age. We didn't use the pretty shared garden but it's a nice outlook from the kitchen window. Neil, the owner, was very helpful and we would certainly stay again. A lovely little cottage literally minutes walk from the centre of Swanage. The cottage was lovely and well kept - clean, well equipped and comfortable. We appreciated all the information and instructions prepared by the owners. Parking was a bit of an issue - it took a while to find spaces, even in low season but it was possible to park immediately outside to load and unload which was helpful.

Beautiful cottage to stay in. I had a couple of questions which the owner answered quickly and was very helpful with. I booked through original cottages, as I have done for several years. They are so helpful. Lauren in the Swanage office has been extremely helpful to assist with queries.
