At the front of the property, there is a small shingle courtyard with bistro-style furniture, a lovely space for you and your canine friend to catch some sunshine and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

Keen walkers can explore Sheringham Park and its breathtaking clifftop scenery only 1.5 miles away, and Holt Country Park with its mixed woodland only 4 miles away. The spectacular Norfolk coast can be reached within 3 miles, with Weybourne on your doorstep or head further afield to famous Cromer (6.5 miles) for its lively seaside resort entertainments.
