Escape to this lovely property in Carbis Bay, perfect for families or a group of friends and up to two canine companions for a relaxing seaside holiday. The nearest beach with no seasonal restrictions on dogs is at Porthkidney (1.5 miles along the South West Coast Path), with sandy beaches and dunes for your pup to go mutts. If you head along the coast path in the opposite direction, you will reach the vibrant seaside town of St Ives (2 miles).

A beautiful contemporary three-storey house with a coastal theme throughout and plenty of space to gather for unforgettable moments. Step inside, and you’ll instantly feel at home among the stylish decor and furnishings. There is a large kitchen with everything you need to prepare memorable meals and a table in the conservatory to enjoy eating together. The spacious lounge has plenty of natural light and comfortable sofas to curl up on. Your hounds though may have already chosen the best seats! A wood burner takes the chill off cooler evenings, and a seat by the window affords fine views towards Godrevy Lighthouse. On the first floor is a family bathroom and three bedrooms – a king-size with an en-suite shower room and sea views, a twin and a double. Up on the second floor, you’ll find a double bedroom with an en-suite shower and sea views. The sliding patio doors from the conservatory lead to a tranquil, tiered garden with a patio area with garden furniture and a BBQ, ideal for al fresco dining.

To appreciate the art that this area is famous for, head to Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens (7 miles), which is in a gorgeous, sheltered valley setting that overlooks St Michaels Mount. Explore the coast on the South West Coast Path from Marazion (7 miles). Top dogs will love this linear 3.5-mile walk to Perranuthnoe around the edge of Mount''s Bay and past the old mine workings at Treno. If your hounds need a good run, then head to Tehidy Woods (13 miles), where they can leave no stick unfetched on this circular woodland and coast path walk.

The property was lovely and very well located the only thing was there werent any tea towels or even an oven glove we had to go out and purchase some tea towels. That being said we would stay there again.

We stayed 1 week in this house and it was very comfortable and warm, in the middle of the very wet winter 2023/2024. The view is great, the location amazing, with a corner shop and bar, walking distance to Carbys Bay beach (down the hill) also to St Ives (20 min), spacious, with a piano (!) and it was perfect for out 8 person group. The outdoor spRead moreace was great and secure for the dogs to have a little run and sniff around. We had a great time. Hide

Property on a busy road which was a bit noisy . But easy access to parking and for going out anywhere. Very spacious and well appointed.
