Fantastic cottage. The owner extremely helpful in the case you have any issues during the stay. Lovely welcoming gift on arrival with essentials which is a nice touch. We would certainly book again and thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family. Having an autistic child this was a great location for us.

Really enjoyed our stay at Forge Cottage. Excellent location... easy access to the Broads and Norwich and the coast. There were some Ordnance Survey maps at the cottage, but it would have been nice to have some local interest books and some other books or magazines to read. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and we really appRead morereciated the welcome pack of goodies... a nice touch. The dining table was a bit awkward to sit at and the lounge chairs could have been more comfortable, but I guess everyone's taste is different. The only major downside to the property was the noise of the boiler and water meter in the lounge. The garden was beautiful, but could have done with a more appealing set of table and chairs to sit at... the ones provided were a little antiquated and could do with updating, and placed in a specific area so we could have spent more time out there and eaten outside. But all in all a very pleasing property and good value for money. Hide

This is a beautiful holiday cottage. It is so well equipped and feels so welcoming. It has everything going for it: quiet location, beautiful garden, all the things you need for it to be a home from home. We love this property in every way. Thank you to the owners for providing such a perfect little retreat.
