Have a wag-tastic group break in the Norfolk coastal town of Wells-next-the-Sea when Rex joins you at this truly splendid holiday home. Sleeping 16 guests, the eight-bedroom holiday home sits right at the heart of the seaside hub, where it enjoys a spacious garden for your pal to bound about on sunny days.

Hang Rex’s lead in the hall and head through to the lounge to play games or watch the Smart TV with your four-legged friend part of the fun. Have a drink in the sunroom bar, pulling open the French windows on sunny days so Rex can stroll outside. Feed him his dinner and whip up celebratory feasts in the kitchen then set the table for grand group meals in the dining room. Also downstairs are two of your bedrooms, a small double and a king-size, each with an en-suite shower room. Climb the stairs up to the first floor to lay your head in another king-size, a super-king-size which has an en-suite shower room, or one of the two twins, one of which has an en-suite shower room and zip-and-link beds that can be made up a king-size instead by prior arrangement. The family bathroom is also here, while up on the second floor, there are two more twin rooms with en suite shower rooms. One of these has zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as king-size. Spend time with Rex out in the gorgeous garden too. There is parking here for five cars.

Just over 1 mile, from the magnificent beach, where Rex can largely roam free, this retreat is in an exceptional location for long walks along the coast and days spent leaving paw prints on the sand. Pick up the coast path and stretch furry legs with a hike out in either direction.

This was a good house for another of our regular gatherings. It was very clean and tidy and generally well equipped. It needs a few more saucepans, small glass tumblers and better mugs and the dishwasher needs updating. The welcome pack was not as useful or as generous as we usually receive! The bedroom outside is far too small for a couple - two aRead moredults would struggle to sleep comfortably and we found it rather claustrophobic - fortunately we didn't need to use it. The two smaller bedrooms inside the house would be better if they each had just one single bed in each room for an adult or smaller beds for small young children. The one on the first floor had almost no space to get out of the bed. The description should make clear that we were sharing the drive and parking with the neighbouring Cobblers Cottage. The wide angle photograph does give the impression that the back garden is much larger than it is - but we enjoyed sitting outside for tea when we returned from our day of walking. We were rather stunned by the tone of some of the communications which didn't reflect that we were valued customers - we've never experienced this before and centred around the departure time of 9am plus asking us to strip the beds! This was acceptable throughout covid, but isn't any longer. We rent 3 holiday cottages a year and no other company or cottage owner has imposed these requirements now. We were firmly told not to even ask if we might arrive a little earlier or depart later! However the manual at the house stated 10am departure so when I rang your company to clarify and spoke to a very helpful member of your team - Katrina, she was able to confirm we could depart at 10 am on this occasion and the manual will be updated to 9am! We did strip the beds - but in sympathy for the housekeeper - she cleans this house alone and it takes her 10 hours. The owners should have two people cleaning and provide better services to their customers who pay quite a bit to rent this house! Hide

This property is the perfect group/family/friends get away. Spacious, homely, close to all amenities, plenty of parking space, its just perfect. There are all the pots, pans and utensils in the kitchen to enable you to cook whatever you need. We cooked a Christmas dinner for 14 and had plenty of equipment to do this. There's plenty of space for eRead moreveryone to go off and have theyre own space either in the downstairs living area or up in your spacious bedrooms. We have been twice for a Christmas family get together now and its just perfect, the towns magical at this time of year. We might well make it a hat trick and return next year Hide

The Cobblers is a fabulous house and spotlessly clean. Ideal for a large group and so central in Wells that everything is only a few steps away. The enclosed garden is safe for the dog and there is plenty of parking too.

House was very comfortable for 12, but a bit small for 16. Kitchen was poorly equipped and basic cleaning materials missing.
