Bunk down with your best bowow when staying in this one-of-a-kind Cornish annexe. Accommodating two human guests and one four-pawed pal, this studio property offers an excellent base for a couple and their beloved pet to explore the vibrant beauty of North Cornwall. Made for beach lovers, humans and dogs included, this property is situated within easy reach of the Seven Bays area where seven fabulous beaches are within a 5-mile radius. Every one of these beaches is dog friendly, offering you the pick of the bunch as you head out for walkies or a beach trip each day.

This bijou base is located above a garage on the grounds of another property, complete with a handy kitchen/dining area at ground-floor level and a studio-style bedroom with a bathroom upstairs. Beneath a vaulted ceiling with appealing skylights, the bedroom-come-lounge offers space to unwind at the end of every fun-filled day. Hang up your lead and take off your walking boots before heading upstairs to sink into the cushy sofa. With your canine companion lovingly at your heel, here you can sit with the Smart TV with Sky or your favourite series on Netflix before crawling into bed. There’s also a small allocation of space outside the property, complete with a table and chairs to sit at with a morning coffee whilst Rover explores the lawn.

Just 2 miles away, Treyarnon Bay Beach is a white-sand beauty spot where pups are as welcome as people, an ideal spot for letting Fido run in the sea throughout any time of year. Every other beach in this fantastic pocket of Cornwall is linked by the South West Coast Path, so use that for an easy walkies guide to enjoy the breathtaking scenery. Along this route, you’ll find Padstow (3 miles), a popular local town with a harbour offering pet-friendly sea safaris for exploring the water.

Although tidy and well equipped, the ceiling drops off and you end up walking around with your head to one side all the time. ( Including the toilet).

This is a lovely little place and ideally situated. Easy to find and great to have parking. The kitchen is fine and lovely to have a washing machine. The bathroom was pretty old and small and the shower was not ideal. The sofa and TV nice and the bed was comfy. Hide

A gorgeous and cosy property well equipped with all needed for a holiday in lovely St Merryn. The accommodation was very nice and cosy. Great Location. Star gazing on a clear night out the skylights is a must. Very comfortable and well equipped property, in roof space above a double garage, with a downstairs kitchen at the rear, in a very good location for Padstow and the seven bays around Trevose Head, in mid north Cornwall. The location is a short stroll to the centre of St Merryn where you can find all the facilities you need. Compact accommodation, but has the basics. We found lack of mobile signal an issue and no wi-fi a problem as we couldnt research the local area, and as first time visitors to Cornwall this was tricky. There was no welcome pack with details of aRead morettractions/beaches/local places of interest and that would have been helpful. Mind your head!! We had more than a few bumps!! Not ideal for tall people. Hide

We really enjoyed our stay at Little Robin. The bed was extremely comfortable and the recliner seating was also of good quality and very comfortable. The area is beautiful and the nearby village is friendly and convenient for all your needs, I recommend the Dog House Pizza wine bar/restaurant and The Cornish Arms.

We enjoyed our short break at Little Robin. The studio apartment was very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, its also close to St Merryn village. The village has all the amenities youd need, supermarket, bakery, petrol station, surf shop, takeaways, wine bar bistro, and 2 pubs, one of which is the Cornish Arms owned by Rick Stein.
