At the end of each fun-filled day, make your way upstairs to the first floor, where there is a double bedroom and a bunk bedroom. There is also a family shower room at the cottage. Steep stone steps will take you up to the terraced gardens and the courtyard garden area where you can put your paws up together out in the sunshine. There is bike storage at this property. Parking is on the road, subject to availability.
Head just 2 miles from the cottage down to the River Wye and Miller’s Dale, where you can pick up the Monsal Trail, an 8.5-mile, traffic-free route that runs along the former Midland Railway line between Blackwell Mill, in Chee Dale, and Bakewell. Stroll just over 1 mile from Miller’s Dale to cross the river via the famous Chee Dale stepping stones that able pups are also comfortable attempting.
