There is also room in here for everyone to play games together or watch the Smart TV. Head further inside to find the dining room, where you can gather for celebratory meals and the kitchen where you can cater for all members of your party, including those with four legs. Give your contented canine a last cuddle before bed then climb the open-tread staircase up to the king-size bedroom, the double or the twin. There is also a bunk bedroom up here. All the bedrooms have en-suite bath or shower rooms. During the summer months, enjoy the last warmth of the day out in the courtyard, with a glass of wine in your hand and your faithful friend at your feet. Parking is on the street, subject to availability.
Pull on your hiking boots and head just 1.5 miles down to Miller’s Dale to pick up the Monsal Trail. Stretch furry legs with a walk along this traffic-free route which runs along the former Midland Railway line for 8.5 miles. From Miller’s Dale you can also follow a 3-mile, circular walk that takes in the Chee Dale stepping stones.
