Classic cottage looks with modern workable interiors, sea views, wood burner, characterful features and outside space. This three-bed property ticks all your holiday boxes and more, but most importantly, you can take up to two furry friends with you to make your break complete. This Grade II-listed terraced cottage in a quiet part of Boscastle gives you a sense of Cornish history, married seamlessly with contemporary comfort, design and practicality. It’s ideal for a young family or group of active friends to explore this wonderful part of Cornwall, but has steep stairs and is over three storeys so bear that in mind for the very young or very old (human or canine!).

Entering on the ground floor, you’ll come to the open-plan lounge which is bright and airy, comprising two distinct areas – both are comfortable but one has the TV and woodburner, while the other is potentially a quieter space. Wood flooring is a practical choice with dogs in tow and they’ll love to lie by the fire! Downstairs, the spacious kitchen/diner has modern fitted units and everything you’ll need to self-cater, including a table. Sleeping quarters are up on the first floor, offering two king-size bedrooms and one with bunk beds, plus the family bathroom is up here too. They provide calming spaces, beautifully decorated, to rest your head after a hard day’s holidaying. There’s an enclosed rear patio for a little bit of outdoor space too.

Mooch with your pooch around Boscastle and admire the sea views. There’s plenty going on here and your nearest pub is just 100 metres away if you fancy a night off cooking. Take the lead on the South West Coastal Footpath or check out some of North Cornwall’s must-sees like Arthurian legend at Tintagel (3.5 miles) or picturesque Port Isaac (12.5 Miles).

Authentic but spacious cottage in a beautiful, quieter part of Cornwall. It really does feel like you are stepping back in time when you walk through the front door, there are so many original features but with all the modern conveniences as the cottage has everything needed for a comfortable stay whatever the weather! Very young children and thoseRead more with limited mobility may struggle with the stairs and the cottage is on a hill but the views are spectacular and our 5 year old loved it as there was plenty of inside space to play! The Napoleon Inn just down the hill serves fantastic food and there are some fantastic walks from the cottage. Overall, a beautiful cottage holiday in a fantastic location! Hide
