Escape with all of your loved ones to this smart, detached holiday home in the Seahouses and Beadnell area of Northumberland’s wild and beautiful coastline. Sleeping eight people over four bedrooms and welcoming two faithful friends, this spacious home is ideal for large families or groups of friends who want to explore the soft sands of Beadnell Bay with their pups by their side. You’ll love the home’s abundance of socialising space, and your dogs will adore having the freedom to run free in the pretty, enclosed garden.

Step inside and store all your dog-walking gear in the spacious porch. Head to the open-plan lounge/diner and you’ll find a welcoming space with quaint seaside-themed accents, as well as an additional seating area in the light and bright conservatory. Take a seat and make yourself at home before heading to the stylish kitchen to cook up a storm for your loved ones. Host a dinner to remember at the table in the lounge/diner. Alternatively, head out to the patio area, fire-up the BBQ and dine alfresco as your pups enjoy the enclosed garden. After dinner, sip a glass of wine as the stars come out, or make your way back to the lounge to relax as your pups snooze in front of the wood burner-effect gas fire. When it’s time for bed, there are lovely bedrooms upstairs.

Beadnell Bay is just 0.5 miles away, so walkies are always a delight. Dogs are welcome on this lovely stretch of sand all year round, although they must be kept on a lead during bird-breeding season. Further afield, take your canine companions for some historic walkies at Bamburgh (5.5 miles), where your pups can explore the grounds of the castle that overlooks the beach, and join you for a cuppa in the castle’s cafe.

We really enjoyed our stay. Sandy Toes is a clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and well equipped cottage within easy walking distance of the beautiful beach. Lovely comfortable beds and quality bedding/bedlinen. Secure enclosed garden great for the dog. Loved the conservatory on bright but cold afternoons. This is an amazing property with everything you could ask for. Second fridge in garage for your beers and wine !! So close to the beach for going walks with the dog. Even some games for the children in the conservatory cupboard. If you've got children with you there's even a washing line in the garden to hang clothes out on a nice day. A very well equipped house in an ideal location for the beautiful beach. Nice secure garden for the dog and to relax in when the sun did shine.

Thank you for a lovely stay in your wonderful, comfortable & brilliantly finished house. It's our second stay here & we also stayed 2 weeks this time so it's really beginning to feel like a home from home! We discovered The Ship Pub at Lower Newton on our last day- definitely recommend. We will have to come back to try it again!

The property was lovely and we love Beadnell so location is ideal. Just not sure sufficient attention to detail is taken on cleaning...very dusty in places, squashed bugs on some walls, BBQ dirty but.this did not detract from the enjoyment of our holiday. Thank you

Great house in a great location. Would very happily stay again. A little light on provisions such as washing up liquid & toilet paper and the checkout time was early with a young family to mobilise, but these are minor points.
