Location is everything and this property is very well based in beautiful Saundersfoot. Its an older property so expect decor to be dated, but all works sufficiently and it is clean.

Lovely property and location. Great layout and ideal for a each holiday and easy access to Saundersfoot. Nice and clean on arrival but, as other reviewers have noted, some aspects are in need of renovation. Overall a lovely property in a great location.

The location was absolutely perfect, a few minutes walk into town where you have everything you need, including a selection of eateries with food so good, even our picky eater was happy. Bus stop in town takes you to Tenby for a lovely day out, and folly farm in the opposite direction. We literally parked on arrival and never used the car again untRead moreil leaving. Lovely boat trip to Calandy island seeing sealions and puffins was a lovely day for the children. We're a beach family, so waking up and having breakfast as the sun comes up over the sea and having dinner as the sun sets watching the waves was our idea of perfection. Not to mention the fact the children could bodyboard from 8am-8pm and the dog has the best back garden of his life to explore daily. If you're looking for a modern home, with high end decor and smart gadgets, this isn't for you, but if your looking for a perfect quiet gadget free getaway where you spend quality time with the family playing board games over looking the sea after dinner, following a day of exploring with a glass of wine in hand, then this is perfect. Falling asleep to the sound of the sea was a massive bonus too. We shall definitely book again. Hide

We have stayed here 3 times over the last 3 years and loved it. If the property was not up for sale we would have booked it again next year.

The house is in the perfect location. Such a beautiful place. Seeing the sea lapping up to the back garden. But it's crying out for investment. Small things like new carpets (or clean them. So many stains) kitchen needs ripping out but you can live with it. Beds old spring mattresses. Struggling to sleep. I love this house but this review doesnRead more't read that way. Would I stay again Yes...would I recommend it..No. it just needs some money spent on what it charges for the week. Hide
