Wonderful house with fantastic views. Absolutely a great house for a large party of 7 adults and 5 children - plenty of room for everyone and a large table so we could all eat together in the kitchen. Hot tub was great although we had a couple of days when it struggled to get to temperature but the owner sorted immediately. Would definitely reRead morecommend. Hide

Really lovely place looking across the fields and valley, short walk to the beach behind the house. Hot tub was hot, bubbly and clean. Lots of places to find to chill if there's a large group of you.

We had a lovely weekend away. The location was perfect. Close to Aberystwyth to visit for the day, but far enough away to be completely immersed in the countryside. Normally when properties advertise that they are for large groups, there never seems to be enough room round the table, enough seating in the living areas or enough crockery/towels etc,Read more however Pengraigdraw had more than enough of these things making the weekend extremely comfortable. The hot tub was an added bonus and the views were just amazing. A number of our group went on local walks from the cottage to the costal path which was not far away. We had an amazing time away and look forward to booking again in the near future and will be recommending to friends and family - thank you! Hide

We have loved this place. So relaxing and quiet, but so close to the town, you would never know. We are booking again for next year and every year again until we die happy old couples.

Location and the surroundings are amazing. Disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. Property very dusty, cobwebs in view, kitchen was greasy and grimy, the extractor fan was very bad with cobwebs inside, only one tea towel provided in the kitchen, only one toilet roll in each toilet for 11 people for a 3 day weekend, no hand towels only bRead moreath towels, 3 or 4 used dog poo bags by the fence surrounding the hot tub, glass by the radiator in the downstairs bedroom. Although we would return to this property again as it was stunning we are disappointed of the standard of cleanliness. Hide

We spent a fabulous week in this beautiful house. Views were spectacular and only 10 minutes from aberystwyth. The hot tub was a great hit with young and old, which was checked daily from owner. Everything you needed was provided, from washing machine, chest freezer, mulpiple kitchen utensils and plenty of good pressurised hot water for all showersRead more and baths. Beautiful views of coastline at back of property. If we were to mention anything negative perhaps the wifi was a bit temperamental during our stay but when mentioned to owner she had someone out to service it promptly. All in all we would definitely stay there again. Hide

Lovely large house for a family of 10. Hot tub a big hit with the younger family members. Large freezer was a bonus. A few maintenance issues, weeds need removing and flowers pots need attending to. Light bulbs need checking and replacing, lock on downstairs loo needs replacing and the shower in the kingsize room leaks and comes through the lRead moreounge ceiling down the fireplace, from the looks of it its not a new problem. Hopefully these issues are rectified quickly and then the house deserves a 10 out of 10. Hide
