This lovely seaside town has an eclectic mix of independent shops, restaurants and several dog-friendly pubs, there are also numerous beaches here, many of which welcome dogs year-round. Spend a unique family day out on the Vale of Rheidol Railway (4 miles), a steam train that twists and turns through the valleys and Cambrian Mountains.
