Walk the Norfolk Coast Path or spend time on beautiful, canine-friendly beaches when you and your loved ones stay at this Grade II-listed Cromer cottage with your delighted dog. Sleeping four people, the two-bedroom holiday home is also in an excellent location for visiting beautiful gardens and the estates of stately homes, where four-legged visitors are just as welcome as their owners.
Step into the house to discover an open-plan lounge/diner where your furry-eared friend will feel immediately at home. With ample space for everyone to spread out, it is the perfect place to unwind in front of the TV or enjoy home-cooked holiday meals, while your chum rests his wear paws on the rug for a while. Take a step up to enter the kitchen, where you can dish up his dinners and prepare yours, and pop any sandy dog towels into the washer/dryer after a good shake outside. Settle your pup down here for the night, then make your way up to the first floor to find a king-size and bunk bedroom, as well as the family bathroom. Guests can unload their cars in front of the cottage and then park in an allocated space. There is no garden with this holiday home, but there are fabulous walks in the area.
Those holidaying here between October and May can take their pups down to the beach less than 50 metres away. Otherwise, East Runton Beach, 1.5 miles away, is dog-friendly all year round. West Runton, slightly further along the coast and 3 miles from the cottage, is another great choice. Visit the National Trust’s striking Felbrigg Hall, 3 miles away, to stretch furry legs with long walks through the stately home’s estate, where you will find 280 acres of woodland, as well as parkland to explore.
