This stunning property has had no expense spared in creating a spectacular space for friends or family to gather on the Cornish coast. With your canine companion welcome to join you, spend happy days discovering beautiful sandy beaches, roaming the South West Coast Path and exploring the delights of nearby St Ives.
Finished to a very high standard throughout, the house has a reverse-level layout to make the most of far-reaching views over the Carbis Bay rooftops to the coast, taking in Godrevy Lighthouse and Hayle Beach. Upstairs, the huge open-plan living space is a real showstopper with parquet flooring, plenty of plush sofa seating and lots of natural light that floods in through the many skylights. Cook up a storm in the sleek, modern kitchen, then gather around the spacious dining table to plan the next day's activities over a delicious meal. Dine alfresco on a warm summer's evening where social meals around the table lit by mood lighting and warmed by outdoor heaters will be plentiful. The rear is fully enclosed and there's even an outdoor shower, handy for washing off sandy paws. The ground floor hosts a utility room and four luxurious bedrooms, three with their own stylish en-suite shower rooms, and all boasting comfortable beds finished in sumptuous linens that promise a good night's sleep for all.
The pristine white sands of Carbis Bay beach are 0.5 miles from your door. Sheltered by St Ives headland, there are rarely any waves here, making it ideal for families with young children as the sea is perfect for swimming. In July and August, there is a seasonal dog restriction between 10am and 6pm so, for seaside frolics with Fido during those times, head to the 3-mile sweep of sand that runs from Gwithian to Hayle (7 miles). The popular harbour town of St Ives is 1.5 miles away and can be reached by road or via the South West Coast Path that takes in some fantastic coastal scenery along the way. Well known for its incredible natural light thanks to water on three sides, St Ives has been attracting artists and holidaymakers alike for generations and is home to one of only four Tate galleries in the country. Originally a traditional fishing town, St Ives still has a small working fishing fleet that operates from the picturesque harbour quayside. Make sure to sniff out some fantastic seafood at one of the town's excellent restaurants or sample the famous fish and chips, sparing a nibble for Rover too.
