An ideal base for exploring the Norfolk coast, this quirky cottage dates back to the 19th century and has been sweetly updated to offer cosy holiday accommodation for three guests. The cottage had a good location near Wells harbour and was clean and well equipped with good quality items. Lots of walks and places to visit and we were blessed with perfect weather for the whole week.

Quite small but a good "bolt hole" for two people. Fantastic location. Everything you need. Steep stairs could be an issue for some. Had a great holiday.

A small but lovely cottage in a lovely location. I know it was end February, but parking nearby was easy particularly after the end of half term. The stairs are steep but after we got used to them were fine. The walk to the beach and towards Burnham Overy Staithe, and the birds, were fantastic.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage, a nice short walk into the centre of town. The stairs are very steep with small treads so not ideal for small children. The toilet is at the top of the stairs with an outward opening door and a low door frame so mind your head. Whilst the property is pet friendly there is no private area for pets. No off sRead moretreet parking although there is on street near to the cottage, and a pay and display just down the road. Hide

We had a lovely stay at Bay Cottage. The cottage was clean, fully equipped and a perfect size for a couple and 1 dog. The location was idyllic with plenty of pubs, cafes and restaurants within walking distance and just a short walk from access to the beach! Highly recommend staying here. We hope to be back soon.

The stairs are very steep as stated in the description and this is certainly true so would be unsuitable for anyone who isnt fully fit. Only a few minutes walk from the harbour which is lovely. The eateries on the harbour serve great food. Great location for all the beautiful beaches of north Norfolk.
