The cottage is beautiful and we had a lovely stay at the stables. It was a great size for our family/party of four and two small dogs, it was well equipped having in the kitchen everything and anything you might need. The bedrooms were both spacious with enough storage for a week or mores stay. The driveway as listed was very narrow just about fittRead moreing my vw golf, but we just got out before my partner parked the car and it was in the space and safe! Its in the heart of Braunton and is a great base for exploring North Devon, Saunton sands being only a five minute drive up the road and is dog friendly all year. Would recommend the old vault pizza place and the rock inn pub in Georgeham which is just pasted Croyde the food was incredible, the staff were amazing and made us fell really welcome. The garden is fully secure for your dogs, just make sure you shut the gate with both locks! A place to hang your wetsuits to dry and a hose pipe for washing the dogs and your wetsuits. Me and my whole family would happily return and recommend this cottage! Hide

We love Braunton and have stayed many times. This cottage is very central, but tucked away and quiet. The beds were comfortable and large! The underfloor heating made downstairs very cosy. It was decorated for Christmas which was lovely. It has a modern cottage feel which we liked very much.

Really great cottage in the centre of Braunton, very handy for the facilities around the place, and very easy to get around to the lovely dog-friendly beaches around the area.

A very warm, clean, comfortable and welcoming property that is well appointed with modern appliances. We especially appreciated the enormous television, wood burner and EV charge point. There is off road parking but the entrance is narrow and anyone with a large SUV would find manoeuvring challenging. We feel that this property is best avoided by tRead morehe elderly and those with mobility issues as the stairs are steep and slippery and the bath is deep and not fitted with a grab handle. Despite these comments, we had a lovely holiday in this charming property and thoroughly recommend it. The "Aggi" pub two minutes away is extremely friendly and provides a decent menu at fair prices. Unfortunately because of the weather we were unable to use the attractive outside sitting area, but this property provides an excellent base for exploring north Devon. Hide
