A pretty, single-storey retreat at Limeslade Bay is ideal for a small family or two couples and one faithful four-legged friend looking for a peaceful seaside holiday. Nestled in a quiet residential area, the property is 350 metres from the rugged cove at Limeslade Bay, and 1.5 miles from sandy Langland Bay. There are restrictions on four paws between 1 May and 30 September at both these beaches. The sandy beach at Mumbles (1 mile) is beautiful, and paw prints are welcome here all year.

This attractive property has a wonderful welcoming feel and blends a cottage style with contemporary furnishings and a coastal theme that will leave you feeling relaxed and at ease. With its vaulted ceiling, the impressive lounge has a cosy wood burner for cooler evenings in front of which your hound will no doubt choose to snooze. There is a Smart TV to watch your favourite box sets together or simply enjoy undisturbed the picturesque views over Mumbles Hill. Doors from the lounge lead out to the gardens. The kitchen/diner has a breakfast bar that keeps things social while the cook rustles up some home-cooked meals to enjoy together. There are two inviting bedrooms – a double and a twin. Completing this charming cottage is a stylish shower room with WC. Outside you’ll find two lovely enclosed, private, outside seating areas for you and your pup to relax in fine weather.

In this area of the Gower, you are spoilt for choice with glorious beaches. Surfers should head to Rhossilli Bay Beach (17 miles) and for building sandcastles, kayaking, paddleboarding, and coasteering, Oxwich Bay Beach (10 miles) is a lovely choice. From Limeslade Bay, you can access the Coast Path, and your hound can sniff out some adventures along the stunning cliff top paths towards Three Cliffs Bay. There is plenty of countryside to enjoy and Penllergaer Valley Woods (10 miles) is the place in which your pup will leave no stick unfetched.

Lovely stay in this lovely bungalow. It is in such a handy spot with a pleasant garden and nice views. Very comfortable. We really enjoyed our holiday. Limeslade Bay is a wonderful little cove, Mumbles is a joy!

Can only echo previous comments below. Tidy and clean, really enjoyed the out side sitting area in the evening with sun until 9pm. Good location for coastal walks and bus into Swansea. Disappointing sadly the mumbles pier and promenade area by the town closed for renovations work at present which spoilt a couple of walks but not the holiday.
