Set in an idyllic location down a peaceful country road and on the outskirts of a charming village, you’ll have a ball exploring the scenic walks beginning from the doorstep of this cosy cottage getaway. It’s a welcoming retreat for the whole family and two happy hounds to enjoy a holiday along the Suffolk coast.

Retreat to the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining room, filled with natural sunlight and contemporary touches that you’ll be barking mad not to love. Lead the way into the sleek kitchen/dining area to tame growling tummies by whipping up a delicious meal before enjoying special family time around the generous dining table. Hunker down for the evening in the cosy living space centred around a Smart TV; there’s even a cosy rug reserved just for your four-legged friends. As dusk draws in, retire to any of the three beautiful bedrooms to be rewarded with peace and tranquillity. Outside, soak up the last of the day’s sunshine in the decked rear garden, or unleash your playful pups into the enclosed front lawn that they’ll have a ball sniffing around.

Situated along the Alde Estuary, home to a world-famous concert hall, the sleepy village of Snape offers superb walks that you’ll have a ball exploring with your canine companions. Great cottage in a good location for sightseeing in East Suffolk. Good facilities although a broken bed wheel discovered on arrival meant the main bedroom could not be used. This was reported to the housekeeper but was not repaired during our stay. Im assuming this was because we said we could use the other rooms. Would stay again once bed repaireRead mored! Otherwise lovely stay Hide

This is the second time we have stayed at this property, we were here last June, and the first time we have ever returned to a holiday cottage. It was so hot this July, but as the cottage is surrounded by tree lined lanes, there was plenty of cover to walk our greyhound (who remembered the routes from last year Hide

This was our second visit. It's in a super location down a quiet lane and backing onto fields which can be accessed via the adjacent footpath. The open layout of the living area provides loads of circulation space with generous sofas and a large dining table. We can easily reach our favourite spots from Wadd - Snape Maltings, Walberswick, DunwicRead moreh, Minsmere etc. The garden is enclosed so we can let our dog out with no fear of escape. Hide

Wow! Just what we had expected and as the description- space, modern, fully equipped and has luxury fittings. Its so unusual to find lovely properties to stay in that havent been abused and worn. The reviews speak for themselves and this was 9/10 for us. We may return in the future if the good comments continue
