Close to Land’s End, this charming property is set near the village of Sennen; a holiday hot spot with an easy-going lifestyle and fabulous sea views. Big blue rollers make Sennen Beach (1 miles) ideal for surfing, while the wide, golden sands are great for swimming and stunning walks along the South West Coast Path. Out of season or when the sun’s not shining, there’s plenty to see and do around the small harbour, lifeboat station, local galleries and shops. Less than a 10-mile drive, Penzance sits on the opposite side of the peninsula, and another 8 miles will take you to St Ives.

Approached by a farm lane and entered from the outer side by way of a landscaped garden, the front door leads into a bespoke entrance lobby with a bench and coat pegs, and straight into an open-plan kitchen/lounge/diner. This wonderful space is perfect for catching up with family and friends. The kitchen area is equipped with everything you'll need for your holiday, whether it's a picnic for your next coast path adventure or a special evening meal. Relax and unwind in front of the wood burner effect gas fire and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV, or gather around the dining table for an evening of board games. From the entrance lobby you will find a stylish, spacious king-size bedroom with deep window sills and plenty of storage. An inner hallway from the other side of the living space gives access to the family shower room and a further bedroom which has twin beds and views onto the garden.

French doors from the open-plan living space lead out to a paved patio with picnic table and charcoal BBQ. While some steps lead to a walled grassy garden with sea views in the distance, there is another lawned garden to the front of the property.

This is a beautiful cottage in a stunning area of Cornwall. It is equipped with everything you need surrounded by lovely walks.
