Step inside this cosy cottage and find yourself in the living room with traditional decor and a Smart TV. Additional seating can be found inside the snug with an attractive feature fireplace. The country kitchen/diner boasts an electric range cooker and a sunroom where you’ll find the table and chairs. Keep yourself busy in the games room with a pool table, table tennis, bookcase and beach toys. There is also a utility room on the ground floor. Upstairs are four bedrooms – a king-size with an en-suite, another king-size, a twin room and a room with two bunk beds. There are also two wonderful bathrooms on this floor.

Situated in a small Cornish village just 4 miles from the busy coastal town of Padstow, this property benefits from a rural and tranquil location while being close to an array of spectacular beaches and excellent amenities. The village of St Issey is home to two delightful pet-friendly pubs serving fine local produce. As you’re on the edge of the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, there are plenty of scenic walking routes from your door – Fido will adore a stroll along the River Camel (2 miles).

Perfect house for a large group, lovely large dining room can seat 10, beautiful gardens all around, and we all loved the table tennis!

This property is to a high standard and is very well equipped lovely garden and plenty of space. I would highly recommend Cross House to anyone visiting Cornwall
