Moreover, a six-seater dining table sits to one side ensuring space for family mealtimes or friendly competition with a board games night. Next door is the galley-style kitchen, ready for you to get cooking come breakfast, lunch or dinner. The bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, with the master bedroom featuring a king-size bed and the other featuring a single. Let your dog lead the way on local walkies with the ruins of Pennard Castle just a mile away, looking over a cliff edge and down to the river valley which feeds into Three Cliffs Bay. For those in search of adventure, join a section of the coast path at the bay and take the 10-mile path to Mumbles where you can reward everyone with a fine local ice cream and a few relaxing hours on the dog-friendly beach. In the opposite direction is a shorter trail, leading to Oxwich Bay Beach (8 miles) which is a haven for surfers, swimmers and sandy paws, adjoining the woodland on one side for a change of scenery.
