This social heart of the home is bathed in natural light and livened up by vibrant splashes of colour. Continue the conversation in the compact kitchen, while your guests prepare for a hearty meal at the dining table. Outside, enjoy an after-dinner drink on the patio while your four-legged friends sniff out the large shared garden. Treat yourself to a shower after a long day and settle down in one of the two pretty bedrooms.

Set tails wagging with morning walkies at Caswell Bay beach, just 320 metres from the property. Spend the day paddling with the pooches, finding hidden crabs in the rock pools or catching some giant waves, then refuel with a bit to eat at the local café. For world-famous Welsh-Italian ice cream, make the trip over to Mumbles village, where a 5-mile seafront promenade presents some first-class dessert parlours. While here, admire the Victorian pier, dotted with restaurants, bars and shops. Keen walkers will be in their element at the location of this property. Join the 40-mile Gower Peninsula trail from Caswell Bay and follow it along the coast to see some magnificent views, whatever the weather.
