We love the flats decor and its location, we appreciated the comfort of easy to use heating, and access to outside space, no problems parking. Steps up to front door and down to garden could do with lighting and tidying. We loved the fridge freezer with its cold water filter and ice maker. Roll top bath was difficult to shower in. Excellent property easy reach of shops or beach.We would definitely like to return but my partner is disabled and there is steps up to both back and front door and he did struggle with them.

Lovely, elegant apartment with very tasteful decor and furnishings. Nothing had been omitted. Unrestricted parking on Avenue Victoria can be a bit of a problem.

Wonderful accommodation in a great location for lovely walks along the esplanade and down the cliff to the beach and into town along the beachfront. Good parking at the accommodation and everything we needed was provided!! Would gladly recommend and look forward to returning sometime soon!!

Our overall stay in the flat was a very positive one. The flat is lovely, spacious and comfortable and the location ideal for walking to the sea front in minutes, with spectacular views of the bay and coastline. There are numerous cafes, restaurants and shops a short walk away and three buses you can use to ride into town. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was very good for access to Scarborough but also made it easy to travel outside the town to other locations. The sky on the tv was excellent.

The Sea Pearl has a lovely 'home from home' feel about it the moment you step into the property. The layout and colour scheme are attractive and the rooms spacious and welcoming. It's the type of holiday home that you relish retiring to when the weather is less than hospitable and you just want to hibernate for a while in comfortable surroundings.
