Gorgeous cottage in a great location with 5 minute walk to beach, it is on edge of a caravan park but dont let this put you off as it is very quiet and peaceful with lovely views from lounge and bedrooms. Very clean and comfortable, the shower is lovely. Very well equipped, the owner has thought of everything which makes it very homely. We had a faRead morentastic week here and would highly recommend. Our dogs loved the enclosed gardens, the only thing there is a small gap under the entrance gate which probably wouldnt affect most dogs but our small dogs could get under it if they wanted to. When booking I didnt realise the cottage was adjoining the Farm Cottage however there is a gate seperating the properties and it didnt affect our stay in any way and would be ideal if family or friends were staying in adjoining property. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again. Thank you. Hide

The cottage is in a brilliant location 5 minute walk to a beach that stretches for miles. There are 2 caravan parks near the cottage but these are privately owned. This was a perfect sized cottage. Everything was as advertised. The location to the beach was excellent and to travel from to other local attractions. It was so quiet and relaxing with a beautiful view. The shower was perfect too. The garden is secure. The welcome gifts were a lovely treat and made for nice afternoon teas. Definitely recommend.

Nice setting and a nice cottage in a quiet area. There are plenty of walks and the sea is close. Barmouth is a car drive away and is a lovely town and the train at Talybont was a great way to explore and is dog friendly.

Weve had a fantastic week in the cottage and would definitely go back. The cottage is in a stunning location with great views of the sea (which is only 5 minute walk) and hills. Its so peaceful with a lovely enclosed garden which is safe for a dog. Barmouth is only a 10 minute drive and theres a well stocked Spar and Onestop in Talybont which is a Read more5 minute drive. Just down the road is a great restaurant (Nineteen 57) and takeaway. The cottage is equipped with everything you need for a great break away.
