A wonderful, stylish, and spacious home perfect for eight humans and two dogs situated in a quiet corner in the village of Blakeney. Featuring an enclosed garden with direct access onto a footpath and a fabulous games room, this is the perfect place to retreat to after a busy day exploring the Norfolk Coast.

This home has been stylishly designed and decorated, featuring bright colours and unique artwork. Cook up a storm in the large kitchen/diner before eating together at the dining table and reflecting on the day’s events. Get cosy in the lounge as the dogs warm up in front of the open fire, get stuck into a good book in the snug space, or play games and get competitive in the games room with a pool table and a dartboard. There is a handy utility room and boot room, perfect for storing dog items. Upstairs are the four bedrooms: a fabulous super-king-size with superb views, a double, and two king-size bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms boast en-suites, and a separate family shower room is also situated on this floor. Outside are two fabulous garden areas. Enjoy dining alfresco on the terrace, or playing games on the lawn while the dogs safely sniff about.

Set tails wagging on the many trails and footpaths that can be accessed from this property. Head along the Norfolk Coast Path and pass sand dunes, salt marshes, and soak up superb sea views. The village of Blakeney has a selection of pubs and shops, or find a new leash of life on the nearby beaches at Weybourne (6.5 miles) or Holkham (10 miles).

A gorgeous house beautifully located with spectacular views, lots of space for everybody. Huge windows bringing in lots of light. We had a wonderful multi generation Christmas and look forward to spending another family holiday there again. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this house

The house was beautiful and the setting couldnt have been better . We all felt immediately at home and loved the eclectic art and the fun and happy style of the whole property . We were sorry to leave and our four days went very quickly .

Fantastic location, amazing views. House is really spacious with lots of room for entertaining. Master bedroom/ bathroom much larger and grander than other rooms but rest of bedrooms/bathrooms perfectly comfortable. We had a great time celebrating our mothers 80th birthday in her favourite location!

WE HAD A GREAT LONG WEEKEND (17 TO 20 JAN) TO CELEBRATE A SPECIAL BIRTHDAY. THE ACCOMODATION WAS STUNNING. VERY WELL APPOINTED AND EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. LOCATION AND VIEWS COULDN'T BE BETTER.

Wonderful house with spacious rooms, bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen, and beautiful garden right by the marshes. The views are amazing, and we had a wonderful long weekend there.

Vine Cottage is utterly gorgeous with stunning views towards the sea. The levels of space and comfort were most generous and the garden was a fabulous place to laze or play football! It was really a wonderful place.
