From the entrance hall, enter the cosy living room, where wooden floorboards and an open fireplace create a wonderful atmosphere for curling up with your furry friend. The open-plan kitchen/diner boasts a well-equipped country cottage-style kitchen and a rustic pine farmhouse dining table for sociable meal times. Venturing further into the property, you''ll find a garden room that doubles as an occasional bedroom, complete with an adjacent shower room, perfect for accommodating additional guests. Upstairs you''ll discover three comfortable and stylishly appointed bedrooms. The first boasts a sumptuous double bed, while the second offers twin beds. The third bedroom features a charming bunk bed, ideal for little ones. The light and bright family bathroom finishes this lovely home. Outside, the enclosed courtyard is a delightful space for soaking up the sun and enjoying al fresco dining while Rover explores his new domain.

Nestled in the heart of the Jurassic Coast, the charming village of Beer is a wonderful destination for dog owners. Beer Beach is a popular choice, and dogs are allowed on the eastern side of the beach all year round. Alternatively, take a stroll with your furry friend along the South West Coast Path. The nearby Seaton Tramway (2 miles) is a great way to see the local countryside with your hound. Dogs are welcome on board the trams, so you can sit back and enjoy the scenery with your four-legged companion. Of course, no visit to Beer would be complete without a trip to the local pub, which is not only dog-friendly but also offers delicious food and a warm welcome too.

Purley was a great place to stay. Very close to the beach and centre of the village. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable.The welcome pack was very sweet. We would Definately go back and stay there.
