Experience a taste of coastal life from the comfort of this charming seaside cottage. Located in a prime position to explore the beach and the South West Coast Path, this delightful space is perfect for four humans and their beloved canine companion.

Stylish and lovingly furnished, this property is a wonderful mix of contemporary decor and tranquil tones. The sleek living room forms the heart of the home, where families can gather to watch a blockbuster film or curl up with a classic novel with the pup in tow. Quality furnishings, a Victorian open fireplace and two plump sofas in rich blue velour set the tone for a relaxing stay while a bay window provides sea views, and your fur baby can look out longingly. After a day of adventure, rustle up fantastic homemade meals in the spacious kitchen and dine with your guests under the watchful eye of your four-legged friend. The comfortable and airy bedrooms are just the ticket for a restful night’s sleep after a busy day at sea: one king-size with an en-suite shower and a pretty twin room. The peaceful shared garden is ideal for making the most of the morning fresh air, and the pooch can do their well-deserved stretches.

Dog walks from the door are perfect for sniffing out cream teas, ice creams and plenty of dog-friendly pubs. Just 200 metres from the house, Beer Beach is a beautiful shingle shoreline with distinguished limestone cliffs and ample space to run and catch some waves. Less than 2 miles from the property is the large pebble beach of Seaton, where doggos can roam at either end all year round. The 630-mile South West Coast Path runs adjacent to this beach and can be strolled for as many miles as tired legs will carry. If retail therapy is your thing, follow the stunning Jurassic Coast to find independent shops, galleries and more places to eat.

Comfortable, well equipped and with a sea view. Excellent central location, close to some excellent places to eat and drink, short walk to beach and shops. We have an SUV and took the decision to move to a public car park as a car from the art gallery is parked to the left and the visitor is strictly allocated to the right of the open garage. We spent four very enjoyable nights at The Belvedere. The apartment is excellent, comfortably furnished, and the pottery and art on the walls sets it apart from other rentals. Nice flat in a great location for visiting Beer. You can see the sea from the lounge if you angle the chairs suitably, but mainly you're looking straight across the road at the properties opposite (which are pretty). The flat is comfortable and well equiped.

The Belvedere is excellent self catering accommodation. Situated in the heart of Beer we enjoyed the everyday day life passing by and we were able to see the sea. Parking is an added bonus too. Beer has easy access to the costal path for stunning walks.

The Belvedere is really well located, very close to the beach in Beer. You can sit in the huge bay window looking out at the sea, and watch the comings and goings along the main street. There is access to the garden which slopes up steeply beRead morehind the property but offers great views over Beer and plenty of seating. There is a flight of internal stairs up to first floor apartment from a very small vestibule. There is a parking space, but it is down a narrow alley and requires skillful manoeuvring. After needing assistance to park at the property, we moved the car to the main car park which always has plenty of spaces out of season. It costs 25 for the week and the ticket covers all East Devon Council car parks (Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton, Sidmouth, Seaton) making it good value. Hide
