This impressive property has been designed to make your holiday as stress-free and comfortable as possible, with spacious rooms, all kinds of modern conveniences and a safely enclosed garden. It’s a great choice for families and groups of all ages getting together to explore Northumberland’s spectacular Heritage Coast.
This superb house, once a farm, has a real sense of chic in every room. The bright, stylish kitchen has quality appliances including a Nutribullet and coffee machine, and is open plan to a lovely dining area with a TV. The airy lounge, with its soaring ceiling and glazed French doors, is a wonderful space in which to relax at any time of the day, and has a wood-burner-effect electric fire to add to the cosiness in winter months. There are two king-size bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a TV and en-suite wet room with underfloor heating. The other bedroom has use of the bathroom along the hall. Head up to the first floor for the other two bedrooms: a king-size and a twin, sharing a second family bathroom. For sunshine, fresh air and al fresco dining, step out onto the enclosed garden where there’s a large patio and a lawned area that youngsters and furry friends will enjoy.
The house is located near the village of Lucker, between Belford, 3.5 miles, and Bamburgh, 5 miles. Both villages offer a choice of shops, pubs and places to eat, and in Bamburgh you’ll also want to explore its magnificent Norman castle (where dogs on leads are welcome throughout the grounds) and sandy beach. From the charming fishing town of Seahouses, 8 miles, you can book a boat trip to the Farne Islands, home to nesting seabirds (including thousands of puffins!) and grey seals.
