This contemporary apartment, just 400 metres from Woolacombe’s award-winning beach, has spectacular views from its balcony and main bedroom. Accommodating four people in two bedrooms, it''s perfect for small families or a group of friends - plus up to two dogs invited on the trip!

Set over one level on the ground floor, the apartment has a simple, coastal style throughout the open-plan living space and bedrooms. In the main communal area, there is comfortable seating for relaxing while watching TV, a well-equipped corner kitchen as well as a dining table and chairs. All eyes will be on the bay window in the room, with a sliding glass door to the balcony which floods the room with light and provides guests with second-to-none views of Woolacombe Bay and rolling Atlantic waves. The hallway leads to the king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room. Guests who stay in this room can enjoy sea views right from their bed. The final bedroom is a twin which can make use of the family-style bathroom. The decked balcony off the lounge has a dining table and chairs, so guests can enjoy the views here while eating. To the rear of the apartment is a shared drying area for wet suits.

Enjoy beach days on Woolacombe Beach which has dog-friendly areas year-round. Energetic people can surf or go kayaking, while small children and dogs will enjoy paddling at the water’s edge. There’s also the South West Coast Path which has miles and miles of dramatic walks to explore with your pet. The village itself offers pubs and restaurants for recharging your batteries after days at the beach.

Lovely views. Comfy bed and sofas. Amazing balcony with comfortable chairs. Well equipped apartment. Lovely touch of welcoming tea, coffee and biscuits.

The property was perfect. Beds were comfortable and everywhere was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great that there was an allocated parking space. To top it all the view from the living room was amazing.
