There is also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and three bedrooms – a king-size, double with an en-suite and a bunk bedroom. Outside is an enclosed grassed garden with furniture.
Take your pup for a stroll through Benthall village to Beadnell Bay Beach (less than 500 feet miles). If you fancy a night off from cooking, head to the local canine-welcoming pub (less than 0.5 miles). For a wider selection of shops and eateries, the charming fishing village of Seahouses is 2.5 miles away. Further afield is the imposing Anglo-Saxon Bamburgh Castle (2.5 miles) which sits behind the sandy golden shores of Bamburgh Beach. South of where you’re staying is the 14th-century ruins of Dunstanburgh Castle (9.5 miles), from here you can follow the Dunstanburgh hiking trail to the village of Craster (9.5 miles).
