This impressive property has views looking out over Budle Bay to Lindisfarne. It has a conservatory specifically located to make the most of the view. Plus, with space to fit up to eight people, and three dogs allowed too, this property is a great option for those in need of a slightly larger home from home. Communal areas are bright and airy, and the bedrooms are cosy.
Inside, you’ll find an open-plan living area that consists of the lounge, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen has an Aga while the rest of the room has lots of character with exposed beams. You can relax in the lounge, looking at artwork inspired by the home’s location, or watch TV with your dogs at your feet. A large wooden table will be a great location for sociable mealtimes, while the games room is wonderful for entertaining kids when you’re not out exploring. The conservatory is on this floor too and offers jaw-dropping views across the surrounding countryside. The ground floor is also home to two lovely bedrooms: a double with an en-suite shower room, and a twin which can use the separate shower room on this level too. Upstairs, you’ll find the final two bedrooms and a family bathroom. One has a super-king-size bed and views across Budle Bay, with the last room a great option for younger children thanks to its muralled walls. Outside, the patio is enclosed with a low wall so you can still enjoy views when outdoors. It even has a hot tub which is perfect when stargazing in the evenings.
You could head on many dog walks straight from the front door of this wonderful, rural holiday let. Bamburgh village is just under 2 miles away and has a castle as well as a beautiful stretch of white sand. There are many dog-friendly eateries here too. Beadnell and Seahouses are both charming coastal destinations within 5 miles that are worth a visit, while enchanting Holy Island is a 15-mile journey and offers a truly remote and special day out.
