Take a day trip to Aberdaron (12.5 miles) to wander over the selection of fine sandy beaches which welcome dogs and take a boat trip out to Bardsey Island where you can spot an array of wildlife and enjoy the panoramic views of the rugged coastline. Alternatively, head to Pwllheli (4 miles) to peruse the cafe culture and explore the independent shops and markets that the area is so well known for.
