Stay in this charming Llyn Peninsula retreat with your favourite canine pal in tow and experience this beautiful corner of North Wales. Explore the magnificent walking trails of the Lleyn Peninsula from this traditional Welsh cottage less than a mile from Llanbedrog with your canine companion in tow. Here you can experience the best of the Welsh coast with easy access to the market town of Pwhelli, Aberdaron and more.

The heart of the home is the living room/diner which features original beams across the ceiling, a charming, exposed brick fireplace and a roaring wood burner making this the perfect room for you and your dog to get cosy. Kick back and relax on the sofa with a film on the Smart TV after a long day of adventures to truly relax. On the other side of the room is a lovely dining table which makes an ideal spot for a romantic meal for two cooked up in the galley kitchen. Heading upstairs there is a warm and welcoming double bedroom boasting more original features as well as a chest of drawers and a heater. At the rear of the property, there is a shower room with a walk-in shower where you can refresh at the start and end of the day. Outside, you’ll find the pretty, terraced garden which features a gravelled area as well as a section of decking where you can soak up the sunshine during the warmer months.

Llanbedron is a lovely place for a holiday with a great local pub, art gallery, cafe and beach bar all within half a mile of the property. Take a day trip to Aberdaron (12.5 miles) to wander over the selection of fine sandy beaches which welcome dogs and take a boat trip out to Bardsey Island where you can spot an array of wildlife and enjoy the panoramic views of the rugged coastline. Alternatively, head to Pwllheli (4 miles) to peruse the cafe culture and explore the independent shops and markets that the area is so well known for.

The traffic outside the cottage was horrendous. Also road works. Had to get back to the cottage early pm in order to get a space in the car park. The cottage was clean but the sofa was uncomfortable. Enjoyed our stay.
