Come and stay on this gorgeous 100-acre estate just a short distance from the vibrant market town of Pwllheli and explore the varied landscapes with your canine companions in tow. With 6 acres of grounds on the estate to explore and dog-friendly beaches such as Pwllheli Beach, there’s something to keep everyone entertained both at home and in the local area. Enjoy morning dog walks with a sea breeze in this beautiful corner of Wales or venture inland for rural adventures. With space for up to three dogs to stay with your, this retreat is a true pet-friendly delight.

As you enter the property you’re greeted by the entrance hall leading into the open-plan kitchen/diner. Here, there is a great amount of space to cook up a feast or prepare a snack with all the modern conveniences you could need, whilst the dining table offers seating for six guests with pretty garden scenes through the French doors. Two bedrooms are also located on the ground floor, starting with a chic double with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table with views across the lawn. The second room is a modern twin, situated next to the family bathroom which is great for children. Heading upstairs onto the first floor is the inviting living room which has stunning exposed beams, a selection of comfortable seating with sofas and armchairs and an electric flame effect wood burner for a cosy night in. This is a great space to watch films as a family, curl up in front of the fire or gaze out of the wide open windows which offer panoramic views towards the coast and countryside. Completing the property is the third bedroom with a king-size bed, hand basin and further views over the rolling landscapes. Outside there are 6 acres of well-maintained shared grounds to explore for the dogs to stretch their legs, as well as a side terrace with seating and a chiminea to make the most of long summer evenings.

Pwhelli is a fantastic seaside resort filled with unique art galleries, dog-friendly cafes and restaurants and a well-regarded sailing and water sports centre. Take a coastal cruise with your four-pawed pals and get to know the coast from a different viewpoint or visit one of the bustling markets on Wednesdays and Sundays to pick up fine local produce and trinkets to remember your travels by. Plus, there''s a long sweeping stretch of sand welcoming dogs where the whole family can enjoy a dip in the water, build sandcastles and make memories on the coast.

A truly beautiful house with amazing view in a great location. The communal gardens were beautifully kept and an added bonus including walking up to the tower on the rock above the town. Really well equipped and just a lovely place to stay for a week - couldnt recommend highly enough.

The location is fantastic with the most amazing views. Set in a gorgeous estate with lots of outdoor space. Dog friendly but if you need a secure space this isnt the right place. 10 minute walk into Pwllheli or to the beach. House had plenty of space for us - 4 adults & 2 kids. Beautiful cottage. Outstanding views. Lovely outdoor spaces to make most of views and lovely gardens. Lots of space to be together or find somewhere to chill or read.
