This elegant three-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Porthcurno Valley on the south coast of Cornwall. Spacious and within 500 metres of the beach, it’s a beautiful spot for a family holiday plus one four-pawed pal.

Once part of the Cable and Wireless training school, this second-floor apartment has been converted into an elegant, light-drenched space. Distributed over one floor, stylish furnishings and whitewashed walls sweep through all the rooms creating a relaxed ambience. After a day on the beach, brush the sand from your feet and paws and relax on the sofas in the lounge with Fido by your side. Watch a film on the TV, curl up with a book, or simply gaze out the huge windows at the sea views. The well-equipped kitchen/diner overlooks the lounge so your hound can keep you company while you rustle up a meal and then serve it at the six-seater table. At bedtime, choose between a double bedroom, or one of the two twin bedrooms. All rooms are pleasantly furnished and two boast en-suite bathrooms. Although there is no garden, clip the lead on your dog and enjoy a short stroll to the beachside café where you and Fido can enjoy breakfast together. The more energetic can also make use of the tennis courts opposite which are shared with other guests in the apartment block.

From the property, it’s just 500 metres to the beautiful sandy beach. Fido can run on the shore while the rest of the family splash in the surf. Afterwards, clip on your hound’s lead and head to the Minack Theatre where you can stroll through the beautiful sub-tropical gardens. Further delights include exploring the rocky terrain along the South West Coast Path from Porthcurno to Land’s End (3 miles) and discovering the dog-friendly PK Porthcurno Museum of Global Communications (0.5 miles).

Well worth the effort to get to our favorite part of Cornwall . Apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. An ideal base for walkers amd had the idillyic beqch to ourselves at the start and end of each day.

A comfortable property. Quiet (we upset people below putting the dishwasher on late..sorry!) nice decor and views were fine. Pleasant , quiet and comfortable is an apt description!

The place itself was lovely and we had a great time, it is really handy for the Minack (we were performing there) and the only place for miles with decent parking!!
